Description
We are looking for passionate, high energy people who have a calling to enable change and support transformation.


  • Shadow consultants and support the needs of consultants in their efforts to enable change and support leaders
  • Collect, collate and analyse data/ feedback to determine impact of training and intervention in client organizations
  • Address client and workshop participant queries
  • Meet with client organizations to understand their needs and objectives and work with
consultants to curate possible solutions and proposals


  • Client Account Management. Initiate, maintain and strengthen relationships with assignment client accounts, grow in your understanding of client needs and offer solutions as needed.
  • Understudy and assist in training with a view to becoming certified trainer/consultant
  • Prepare educational materials.
