Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance driven individual, reporting directly to the Head of Digital & Technology Solutions. The successful candidate will help meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives, including successful delivery of projects.

He/She will be responsible for creating compelling collaterals to support the team's various engagements. The individual will also need to work with the team to solution and deliver projects. The individual will be responsible for creating, organizing, and managing the team's knowledge assets, including information, processes, and procedures in accordance with the team's objective, goals and strategies.

Responsibilities

Identify and capture critical knowledge from various sources, such as internal experts, external partners, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with other teams internal to the organization to curate useful collaterals for joint opportunities.

Establish and maintain an content repository to capture and collate intellectual capital of the team or group for reuse. This includes partner information.

Build impactful collaterals for effective proposal submissions and delivery.

Facilitate communities of practice to encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and data privacy laws.

Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of knowledge management programs and tools.

Identifying opportunities for bid submissions, conducting research and brainstorming key points to include in the bid.

Crafting persuasive and detailed proposals.

Develop bid-winning strategies for effective proposal submissions.

Deliver impactful digital transformation process to client.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience in knowledge management or related fields, and more than 20 years
