Summary:


To support Online operation to process marketing plan proposal & channel support claims made to the company to ensure funding provided are for its intended purpose and ensuring sales program approvals are in place for good corporate governance in order to maintaining clean financial liability by ensuring claims from customers are duly processed and completed.


Responsibilities:


  • Submit Plan Proposal in system after approval of sales plan
  • Check and verify channel support program claim documents according to program mechanics
  • Process and input system entries in system after verifying the claim submission documents
  • Liaise with customers & Sales Team for all documents related to channel support program claims
  • Computation of customer rebate eligibility in accordance with the contractual terms for verification and payment processing
  • Assist in internal or external audit preparation and verification work
  • Monitor open program conditions to follow up with sales team and customers to ensure claims are processed
  • Perform month end closing and reconciliation of expense against forecasts
  • Constantly reviews claim system master setup to introduce new claims combinations to support the business
  • Management of product pricing and margin structure
  • Other adhoc activities as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:


  • Possess a degree in Business Administration/Accountancy
  • At least 3 years of related experience
  • Strong mathematical acumen and analytical skills
  • Highly motivated, meticulous and independent
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Strong time management and interpersonal skills
