Roles and Responsibilities

Plans create and develop engaging social media content, schedules/ calendars, and campaigns (paid & organic)
Plans & manages social marketing calendars and schedules/uploads approved content on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, in line with content ideas and campaigns for bands and products.
Develop compelling ad copies that effectively engage and convert.
Copywrites and assists in messaging all marketing collaterals and PR material.
Manages social media platforms/communities by crafting appropriate responses to social media posts and discussions.
Analyses competitor activity and researches social media opportunities that are beneficial for brands and businesses.
Implement digital marketing activities across a broad range of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, etc)
Research market trends, brand audiences and competitors, and endtoend consumer journeys to drive engagements and conversions.
Other adhoc duties as assigned

The Successful Applicant

Degree or Diploma in Marketing and Communications or a related field
Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop is needed
Google/Facebook Analytics Key metrics. Focus on various parts of the website to advise the team on betterperforming and underperforming areas and products
Handson experience in managing and maintaining eCommerce websites/portals.
Handson experience with online campaign builds, management, analysis, and optimization
