    Job Title: Sales Interior Designer

    Location: Jurong East, West Region, Singapore

Committed to creativity, excellence, and client satisfaction, we are seeking a seasoned Sales Interior Designer to lead our Design & Architecture projects across commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects.     Position Overview: To lead our Design & Architecture projects across commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects, the ideal candidate will possess a blend of design expertise, sales acumen, and project management skills to drive our business forward. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences, and the ability to assist clients with sound solutions, meet and exceed their expectation.

    Key Responsibilities:

    · Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences for commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects.

    · Develop innovative and functional design concepts that meet client objectives and budgetary constraints.

    · Prepare and present design proposals, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D renderings, to clients.

    · Actively engage in sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, and client meetings, to generate new business opportunities.

    · Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication, timely follow-ups, and exceptional customer service.

    · Prepare project proposals, contracts, and budgets in collaboration with the project management team.

    · Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of design projects from concept to completion.

    · Provide leadership and mentorship to junior designers and interns, as needed.

    · Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously enhance design solutions.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in interior design, with a focus sales and project management.
    • Proven track record of successful sales and project delivery in commercial, residential, and/or landed property sectors.
    • Proficiency in 3D Max, AutoCAD, SketchUp software for space planning, rendering, and detailing.
    • Strong design sensibility and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
    • A passion for design and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
    • Working rights required for this role.
    • Preferably able to start work immediately.
