  • Support the cascading down the company vision and all appropriate information to project teams. Resource management forms a significant part of the role.

    • Explore your tasks and responsibilities

  • Performs engineering tasks for the design of mechanical systems for data center facilities
  • If required, prepares mechanical engineering calculations and deliverables in support of mechanical system designs
  • Coordinates with disciplines in the preparation and development of the deliverables and ensuring those other disciplines' inputs are incorporated
  • Provides specialized technical input to studies and all relevant technical documentation
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of all stages of Engineering Design and Construction for Mechanical systems from, Preliminary Design to Commissioning and Handover
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of project execution processes in a fast track environment
  • Construction input for design engineering suitability and control
  • Bid evaluation and purchasing of major equipment
  • Preparation of contract requisition to award, writing scopes of work and supporting the procurement teams
  • Responsible for mechanical installation performance, schedule, budget, safety and commissioning
  • Review documentations submitted by vendor and ensure that all comments are incorporated to meet the design intent of the system for the project
  • Release/approval key deliverables for procurement and construction purposes

    • Show your expertise

  • Minimum 5 years of DC experience
  • Experience dealing with multi-discipline design teams
  • 2+ years' experience in Asia (NEA or SEA)
