- Ensure project delivery and plan to align with project strategy and requirement and to encompass resource management, risk management, documentation, project team management and build project communication plan.
- Provide application level2 daily supporting to deploy and support the business applications for the brands, liaise, coordinate and delivery of IS service to the use.
- Work with core team to execute SIT and UAT, responsible for supporting project delivery on schedule and to ensure the plan is in alignment with project strategy.
- Review and amend project document to ensure all the document is latest.
- Build communication plan, make sure delivery project status to key stakeholder, project team and related person on time
- Monitor project to ensure project status is in health.
- Ensures cross-functional team commitment to the plans.
- Effectively deploy project management toolkit to ensure high quality and consistency of deliverables
- Manage business applications service in line with the SLA to ensure smooth operations of the fashion brands related to the relevant functions and services.
- Provide store and office users' support and training on retail and back-office applications .
- Support store openings and ensure the systems are properly setup and handover to the users for usage.
- Follow the IS&T policy and procedures on incident and service request management, log and follow up the cases to ticket closure, and compliant to the SLA.
- Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in information system & digital, 5+ years of professional experience in project management.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills/ Excellent verbal and written English Skills
- Proven experience as an IS Application Manager/IT Project Manager or similar roles, preferably in a large-scale organization.
- Experience with front-office applications such as e-commerce platforms, CRM systems, omnichannel solutions, etc.
- Proficiency in managing back-office applications like SAP (ERP), WMS (Warehouse Management System), OMS (Order Management System), etc.
- Certificate of project delivery methodologies (Agile/PMP) is preferred.
- Experience in luxury or retail project management is preferred.
- End user facing and customer service experience in multinational corporations, preferably in luxury retail industry.
- Strong self-learning skills is mandatory, Keen to take up challenges.
- Solid experience in Retail POS system preferred.
- Good presentation skill.
