Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of Field Application Engineers.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Provide technical guidance and support to Field Application Engineers in customer engagements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and resources.
Ensure timely and successful completion of customer projects.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements:

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or equivalent.
Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in Field Application Engineering.
Knowledge in IT networking, data communication, automation systems and server setups are preferred.
Prior experience in Power System Control or Environmental Control Systems is advantageous.
