SALT Talent is hiring Sales Compensation Analyst for a Global leader who is changing the world through their digital experiences.

This is a 12-month & renewable contract role.

In this role you will be to ensure all aspects of Sales Compensation are accurately implemented, day to day operational issue is addressed and issues are managed to effective resolution.

What you'll do:

Drive New Year readiness from a sales compensation standpoint.
Ensure on time submission of results for payment to the global teams.
Ensure Sales Compensation policies and procedures are adhered to.
Partner with Stakeholders to address Compensation related issues and work to resolution.
Analyse Sales Performance data and look for insights and actions to improve performance.
Manage Sales Compensation escalations to resolution.
Drive Process improvement measures to improve efficiency and accuracy of reporting.

What you'll need:

5+ years' experience in Sales Operations
Strong Excel skills are a must, experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI are desired.
Strong problemsolving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills
