DESIGNATION :
Assistant Marketing Manager, Company of Good


RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities:


  • Develop content marketing strategy across earned, owned and paid channels.
  • Engage with corporate profiles and stakeholders for media features.
  • Create and manage content and publicity around Company of Good programmes and events.
  • Drive SEO and increase organic traffic to our website.
  • Manage media planning for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Liaise with media publishers, content creators and agencies for assets and campaign creation.
  • Develop video content strategy, supported by other teams and vendors.
  • Track website traffic analytics and search performance
  • Produce original thought leadership content

Key Deliverables

  • Establish NVPC as a thought leader and sector expert in the areas of corporate purpose, ESG and sustainability.
  • Leverage content to capture our target audience's hearts and minds, driving the narrative for corporate purpose and raising the awareness and relevance of Company of Good.
  • Build a library of corporate profiles as realworld success stories that businesses can do well, do right and do good at the same time.
  • Continually test, measure, learn and optimise marketing performance to maximise effectiveness of marketing efforts.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 4 years of experience related to B2B marketing, content, corporate communications or business writing
  • Knowledge of ESG, sustainability, and the social sector, is advantangeous
  • Content Creation and Strategy
  • Google Analytics, Search Console, Keyword Planner and Ads
  • Experience with managing video production
  • Article writing and copyediting for SEO
  • Proficient in English language
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative, Team Worker
  • Passionate about creating positive impact in the world

You will be involved in end-to-end campaigns, from planning to content creation and performance optimisation. You will liaise with companies in our network and media vendors to tell impact stories and run purpose-driven campaigns.
