[ Job descriptions ]:


  • Cook menu courses based on standard recipe
  • Prepares and assemble cook product according to the established standards of portioning, serving, sanitation and hygiene
  • Endorse finished product to Kitchen Supervisor and/or Head Chef for checking before serving to guest/customer
  • Inspect supplies, equipment and work areas to ensure conformance to established standards
  • Assists and provides input to Kitchen Supervisor and/or Head Chef for any improvement in the kitchen area
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned to him from time to time
