Role Overview:

As a Product Manager at Kumpool, you'll drive the development of innovative DRT solutions that cater to the unique demands of the Malaysian market.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll lead the creation of products that redefine transportation accessibility and efficiency in the region.

Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate product roadmap and strategy specific to DRT services in Malaysia, aligning closely with user and business needs.
Lead crossfunctional product development efforts, collaborating with designers, engineers, quality assurance, and transportation analysts to deliver impactful solutions.
Cultivate a deep understanding of Kumpool's DRT platform to address the diverse transportation challenges in Malaysia.
Analyze industry trends, user feedback, and performance metrics to inform strategic product decisions and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of software product management experience in a fastgrowing startup environment.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, capable of effectively engaging with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven track record of collaborating with diverse teams to develop innovative solutions.
Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in building products with complex technical architectures is advantageous.
Previous involvement in developing DRT solutions in the transportation industry is a plus.
