    Description

    Royal Ocean Marine, a leading headhunting /recruitment agencies company in the maritime industry, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Treasury Executive to join our team. As a Treasury Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient management of our financial operations, cash flow, and liquidity.

    In this position, you will work closely with the finance team and be responsible for executing treasury activities and strategies in line with the company's objectives. You will play a key role in managing our financial risks, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additionally, you will contribute to improving our cash management processes and identifying opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.

    Responsibilities

    • Manage daily cash activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and short-term investments
    • Monitor and analyze cash flows, identifying potential risks or opportunities
    • Execute treasury transactions, including wire transfers, payments, and collections
    • Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, negotiating banking facilities and optimizing banking services
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and implement best practices in treasury management
    • Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize liquidity and minimize costs
    • Prepare treasury reports and provide financial analysis to support decision-making processes

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in treasury management or a similar role within the maritime industry
    • Excellent knowledge of treasury systems, banking platforms, and financial instruments
    • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
    • Proficiency in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
    • Solid understanding of financial markets, foreign exchange, and interest rate risk management
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
