We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a Sales Executive for Getinge Life Science.

This role will report to the Sales Manager for Getinge Life Science and will work closely with the greater Life Science team to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.

The individual will have an opportunity to:

Explore technical sales of capital equipment and consumables in the fast-growing Life Science industry across South East Asia (SEA)
Receive regional exposure through collaboration with customers from SEA countries especially in Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam
Develop and hone his/ her sales skills through hunting for and developing new opportunities, competing against other suppliers and making competitive conversions where possible
Gain account management experience by working closely with existing customers and aid them in the production of drugs and medical devices for patients worldwide
Develop leadership skills and experience working with and managing channel partners across SEA region

As a Sales Executive, you will:

Support the Life Science team in developing and growing the Life Science business in SEA by focusing on four main market segments
Pharmaceutical, Biomedical Research, Laboratory and Medical Devices
Maintain existing accounts through continuous collaboration and knowledge sharing while keeping a watchful eye on potential new opportunities
Assist the Life Science team with market knowledge through interaction with customers and distributors and providing feedback from the ground
Analyse and report market trends and competitor activities; regularly review distribution partner activities and performance
Support the Life Science business with other sales activities including warranty claims, spare parts orders, and sales coordination
Support distribution partners through covisits and sales presentations as required
International travel may be required, 2030% to be expected
Adhere and enforce company policies and procedures
Have a Degree in Engineering, or Science preferred; other qualifications backed up by experience in Life Science can be considered
Fluent in English reading and writing; additional languages such as Mandarin/ Bahasa will be advantegous
Are able to work in a collaborative, fast paced and demanding environment with a keen willingness to learn and to ask questions
Open to travel as required, up to 20%
