Job responsibilities

  • Provide space planning solutions and produce 2D drawings and 3D renderings design proposal for sales team.
  • Prepare proposals based on customer requirements and other necessary project deliverables (layouts, shop drawings).
  • Prepare design presentations and sample/mood boards proposal to clients.
  • Provide technical and design support to sales team on products to meet customer's requirements.
  • Plan and prepare Bill of Quantities, issue quotations and process orders accurately and timely based on customers' requirements
  • Support and assist Business Managers in the preparation and submission of tender/RFQ/ITQ/RFP and presentation materials.
  • Assist in resolving incoming customers' issues relating to orders.
  • Coordinate projects with internal operation and production teams, suppliers and relevant third parties.
Job requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture / Product Design/ Civil Engineering
  • At least 2 years of relevant working experience in project/design coordinating.
  • Experience in Quantity and Material estimate for Commercial Interior Design or other industries is preferred.
  • Proficient in: AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D Max, Keyshot, Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator.
  • Able to handle tight deadlines in a fast paced environment.
