Job Details:


  • Support the sales people in Asia in responding to customer's tender and inputting the quotation details to the system (SAP)
  • Perform export control check such as customers check and management of End User Certificate & ECCN
  • Support the forecast order intake & billing.
  • Follow up of customers' forecast on web portals and perform Excel file comparisons
  • Perform sales orders entries for all the customers across Asia (China, India, Japan, and South Korea)
  • Manage the Asian customers' portfolio in cooperation with Sales Back Office in France
  • Support the administration of documentary credit transactional flow & bank guarantees
  • Monitoring of the deliveries' progress in cooperation with the Planning department in France,
  • Liaise with accounts and finance department regarding the payment collections and payment related transactions:
  • Perform billing on ongoing project and monitoring cash payments from customers' accounts
  • Management of travels & meetings for Sales Managers in Singapore (travels, expenses notes)
  • Serve as the backup for French Export Back Office administrators on all portfolio if requested
  • Make followup sales calls to new and existing customers

Requirement:


  • At least 4 years of experience in sales operational support
  • Deep knowledge of Asian customers (China, India, Japan, South Korea)

Willing to travel in France for 3-4 weeks as part of the training and orientation. This is within first month of onboarding.

  • Language Requirement: English / Chinese (spoken and written as they have to work closely with Shanghai team)
  • Experience in International payment terms management : letter of credit
  • Proficient in MSWord, Excel (pivot tables) and SAP (Order To Cash process : Sales and Distribution transactions)
  • Knowledge of export control regulations is preferable
