DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES |
About the role**This role will manage a team of 3 to 5 digital sales reps and work closely with Marketing, Channel & Vendor management team in execution of lead generation and partner recruitment activities.
As the Digital Sales Specialist, you will:
- Be the first contact point to build long term relationship with mid-market business partners/customers to deliver a strong support to improve overall sales target & revenue.
- Manage sales cycle effectively which include prospecting, make contact, qualify & nurture prospect turning them into sales closure & delivery.
- Manage quotation requests daily, build sales pipeline, track & review weekly performance.
- Work closely with marketing, channel, & vendor management team in executing lead generation campaigns & partner recruitment activities.
- Engage & follow through company inbound & outbound leads across industries to identify opportunities & determine customers needs with companys security & cloud offerings
- Operate company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for customer profiling & track leads, quotations, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), & Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).
- Deliver products, solutions & company value proposition messages verbally, in writing, & through digital platforms to capture business partners/customers attention, envisioning their future with company.
- Do action plans and results reporting to team lead & management to stay on top of team goals and objectives.
- Be the digital sales ambassador of company & deliver a worldclass customer engagement experience (DistributionasaService) to companys vendors, business partners, & customers.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE |
About you**
The ideal Digital Sales Specialist:
- Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/IT or an equivalent discipline.
- 12 Years of experience in digital sales/telesales/inside sales with a proven track record of success.
- Possess excellent sales/customer service relationship background, telesales experience preferred. Desire to work in a competitive environment where ones growth potential is driven by ones abilities and attitude.
- A selfstarter with a track record of outstanding performance and achieving goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills.
