Provide end-of-day conclusions and updates. - Weekly:Prepare and distribute the weekly schedule before Monday to ensure a smooth teaching process for coaches.
Maintain updated and accurate attendance records.
Generate weekly reports on actual and attended lessons using our backend platform.
Manage invoicing, including follow-ups on unpaid invoices and processing new invoices.
Participate in weekly meetings with the team and stakeholders. - Monthly:Tally coaches' hours and process claims.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance records.
Generate detailed monthly reports on lesson attendance and activities.
Handle invoice follow-ups and new invoice processing. - Proficiency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
