**Location: 16 Joo Koon Crescent, Singapore

This role is responsible to ensure on time / in full execution of inbound and outbound material movements by managing a network of internal (BU MPP / Group Functions) and external (Carriers / 3PL) stakeholders.

The job incumbent needs to contribute to a high standard of warehousing and delivery performance for production, tolling and distribution sites.


Key areas of responsibilities:


  • Execute daily delivery monitoring tasks to ensure that all orders are booked within the required lead time and that all documentation is made available to Freight Forwarders by the stipulated timeline
  • Act as proactive problem solver for bad performing / disrupted inbound and outbound movements by proper alignment with external partners, regional supply management teams, regional customer service teams and global contract manufacturing
  • Strive for improved material movement KPIs such as on time/in full delivery to ensure continuous improvement process
  • Daily monitoring of external warehouses in terms of service levels, issue resolution, stock takings etc.
  • Settle freight forwarder
- and warehousing invoices/disputes with accounts payable Investigate on logistics complaints
- reach out to carriers and warehouses to gather information, provide conclusions and corrective/preventative actions

  • Act as regional counterpart of regional transport procurement managers in order to continuously improve the performance of logistics service providers and to resolve immediate service issues
  • Maintain SAP interface and be key user for SD / MM / TM
  • Proactively communicate with regional CSRs on any changes or relevant information pertaining to each individual order The ideal incumbent needs to have a solid theoretical foundation of material movements (in particular mode of transport "ocean" and "truck", warehouse processes) and related (customs, transport procurement, export, import) activities in order to efficiently execute daily operations and to contribute to streamlined processes. An independent individual who manages crossfunctional communication and tasks with a persistent ability/willingness to act fast/pragmatic in an environment of constant operational challenges.

Relevant Interfaces:

External partners (3PL, toll manufacturers, suppliers), regional supply management teams, regional customer service teams, global contract manufacturing, network planning and GPL transport procurement


Qualification and Experience Requirements:


  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or any other relevant fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experiences required
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel, SAP ERP (MM, SD, TM, WM)
  • High cultural understanding und good communication skills (written and verbally)
  • Ability to analyze, structure and derive solutions for daily operational issues paired with handson mentality
