Personal Assistant to Managing Director - Singapore - CHARIOTS CAPITAL PTE. LTD.
Description
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the Managing Director, managing his calendar, handling inquiries and request with professionalism and efficiency, and redirecting them appropriately.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for Managing Director, ensuring all relevant information, documents, and resources are prepared in advance.
- Draft, review, and proofread various documents, including correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting minutes, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by the Managing Director, compiling and organizing data in a presentable format.
- Prepare and organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and transportation, ensuring a seamless travel experience for the Managing Director.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Handle adhoc administrative tasks and support as needed to ensure smooth operation for Managing Director.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, preferably in LAW background
- Corporate work experience (especially in contract law) would be an advantage.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
- Bilingual in both English and Chinese to converse with Chinesespeaking clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
