Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities (THK
MC) was incorporated as a charity with an IPC status to provide multiple social and welfare services to the community at large.


THKMC provides assistance to the various groups in our community through more than 60 programmes and services for the
elderly and the sick,
families,
persons with disabilities, and
children. We help anyone in need with full respect to their race, colour, creed, language, culture and religion. We have more than 90 programmes and services, reaching out to more than 55,000 people in the community.

DESIGNATION :
Talent Management Specialist (1-year Contract)


RESPONSIBILITIES


This role sits in the Talent and OD team - plans talent management programmes to groom THKMC's emerging and future leaders.


  • Designs career development pathways to generate awareness on career progression opportunities.
  • Guides leaders on career development policy and programmes.
  • Manages highpotential and succession planning reviews and programmes.
We are looking for a motivated individual who would like to be part of the team to:

  • Manages our talent management framework to identify and develop talents in the organization.
  • Structure, plan and implement the talent and succession review cycles and ensures that our leaders are equipped to conduct effective development conversations.
  • Facilitate talent engagement sessions.
  • Implement talent development programmes and initiatives as a follow up to the outcomes from talent and succession reviews.
  • Maintain accurate records and reporting of talent profiles and succession plans.
  • Collect, analyse and interpret talentrelated data and metrics to derive insights on effectiveness of our talent development programmes.
  • Manage systems and tools to support the talent agenda and generate insights to support organisationwide talent initiatives.
  • Plans, communicates, and implements Talent initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 8 years of experience in Talent Management and/or HR Business Partnering.
  • Demonstrated ability in managing talent reviews and succession planning for a large organisation.
  • Strong interpersonal communications effectiveness, including verbal, written, presentation and persuasion skills.
  • Meticulous, hands on, with good followthrough, comfortable with handling extensive talent data and selfdriven with a high degree of professional integrity.
