Description

We are looking for an Executive, Finance who will be part of our Finance Team.

This role will be assisting on the day-to-day operations of the Finance team which includes processing of commission payouts to the agency force and offer a novel perspective on the existing processes.

This role will be reporting to Manager, Finance.

_Responsibilities:
_

Liaise with sales representatives and product providers to address queries and solve compensationrelated issues
Handle necessary reporting to meet regulatory and business requirement
Stays current on relevant industry regulations and trends
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of internal controls
Anticipate issues and risk, and provide solutions to mitigate impact

_Requirements:
_

Minimum Diploma in Accountancy or Finance
Relevant experience in commission handling, particularly in insurance or intermediary business will be an advantage
Demonstrated ability to manage people, to think and plan to deliver results
Team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate and influence outcomes
Good numeracy skills and strong proficiency in Excel
Problem solver with a cando attitude and a desire to excel
Thrive in a fluid, dynamically changing and resultsoriented environment
