Responsibilities

Facilitate classes and conduct assessments in full accordance with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) and Committee for Private Education (CPE) regulations.
Assess Learners' learning needs and coach/mentor them to address those needs.
Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and recommend improvement areas by collecting Learner feedback as well as analyzing learning delivery approaches and materials.
Manage both internal and external stakeholders.
Able to facilitate with different learning platforms e.g. LMS, Zoom, MS TEAMS and classroom learning.

Adult Educator Requirements

2 years of training experience teaching adults
5 years of working experience in relevant field
ACLP/ACTA certification
Min. Diploma holders. If you have PHD/Doctorate qualifications, there are higher education assignments available too.

Job Requirements

Good in current digital tools and platforms e.g. ChatGPT AI 3.5 and others
Good knowledge in cybersecurity trends, digital innovation, artificial intelligence and others
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching and is an advocate of lifelong learning.
Possess high emotional intelligence.
Able to work in different environments, including different campuses and client sites.
Able to work flexible hours, including weekday daytime, evenings, and/or weekends.
