Description

Job Purpose

  • Relationship manager for regulated money services businesses ("MSB" / Money Payment Institutions ("MPIs") including Money Changers
  • Direct responsibility for all KYC/ CDD functions for this segment of customers
  • Directly responsible for driving income for the above segment of clients especially for wholesale banknotes, remittance services and secondary crossselling into cash management business
  • Partnering product partners in treasury markets and transaction banking to drive revenue growth and cross sell between these products to this specialised client segment
  • Provide service support for operational / service matters
  • Onboard new of bank clients in this segment and development new solutions and xsell to grow revenue

Key Responsibilities

  • Main responsibility for all KYC / perform enhanced customer due diligence for this segment of customers
  • To act as first line of defence to all risk aspects to this segment of customers
  • To own and manage relevant P/L relating to the segment of clients
  • Perform marketing activities for this regulated segment of clients
  • To originate and on board new to bank clients in the respective client segments across various geographies within CIMB's risk appetite
  • To champion bank wide initiatives / projects resulting in top line impact to the bank in relations to this segment of customers

Required Competencies and Skills

  • Relevant KYC experience in managing clients from MSBs and possess good institutional relationships will be an advantage
  • Good relationship management and people engagement skills
  • Good management, written and communication skills
  • Selfmotivated and resultoriented
  • Team player
