ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Inter-Co Group AR & AP oversea Global NettingInclude reconciliation, checking, declaring, settlement & clearance

Create AR Statement of Account
Reconcile of AR & AP Aging & follow up
Retrieval of invoices from system / overseas country
MUFG Netting declaration
SAP clearance & off-set
Audit Report Working & Analysis

TT remittance Group Netting/Oversea Agents, etc
All settlement through banking system input netting template for AR & AP
Followup inquiry & disputes
Proper documentation & supporting documents & filing
Distribution of output to respective division
Ad hoc assignment

MINIMUM REQUIREMENT

Diploma/Degree in Accountancy
35 years handson experiences in accounting on Inter-Co global netting (preferred) & keeping full set of accounts
Experience in both Share Service and Freight Forwarding & Logistics company is preferred
IT savvy with proficient in Microsoft office (Excel and Word) & SAP accounting system
