Mandai Wildlife Group is committed to safeguarding the environment and preserving wildlife and nature. They emphasize conservation education in all their interactions to motivate people to take action for a better world. The organization manages the Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique nature destination in Singapore housing renowned wildlife parks that offer visitors an immersive experience with wildlife. The group is currently implementing an exciting rejuvenation plan for the reserve, adjacent to the Central Catchment Nature Reserve in Singapore. This plan involves integrating five wildlife parks with nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Mandai Wildlife Group actively promotes biodiversity, supports wildlife research, develops sustainable solutions, and collaborates with conservation partners in Singapore and Southeast Asia. They provide funding and support to Mandai Nature for conservation projects across Southeast Asia.

Mandai X, the growth accelerator and venture building arm of Mandai Wildlife Group, focuses on driving innovative ventures in new domains to foster growth and make a significant impact at scale.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and risk analyses to identify potential threats and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
Collaborate with IT and business teams to embed cybersecurity practices into all aspects of the organization's operations.
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies through continuous research.
Provide updates on cybersecurity posture to stakeholders through effective communication.
Identify cybersecurity risks to systems, assets, data, and capabilities, and respond promptly to any incidents.
Maintain cybersecurity tools to ensure compliance with security protocols.
Deliver cybersecurity awareness training to enhance organizational preparedness.
Generate reports on weekly trends, incidents, security events, and security log analysis.
Recommend preventive and detection measures and tools to address cybersecurity threats effectively.
Implement response and communication plans for stakeholders in the event of a cybersecurity breach.

Job Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a proven track record of team management.
Thorough understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and best practices.
Familiarity with NIST, ISO27001 standards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders to accomplish business objectives.
Experience working in an Operational IT environment.
Preferred certifications such as CISSP or CISM.
Knowledge of cloud security and DevSecOps practices is beneficial.
