    Job Title: Project and Sales Executive

    Company Overview: Doublet Engineering Pte Ltd is a dynamic construction firm specialising in commercial projects and private housing renovations. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality results on time and within budget.

    Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator and Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a strong background in project management and sales. This role will involve coordinating various aspects of construction projects, managing client relationships, and generating sales proposals to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and spearhead the operation and execution of project from inception, to production, site installation and completion of project. Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and subcontractor management, to ensure timely completion and adherence to project specifications.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Be the Quality Assurance of project results and ensure the standards is uphold.
    • Constantly monitor and report progress of the project to management.
    • Be the project lead which track on progressive and final claim to clients for each completed projects
    • Prepare and present sales proposals to prospective clients, outlining project scope, timelines, and cost estimates to secure new business opportunities.
    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to enhance customer value and drive revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, engineering, and construction, to develop comprehensive project plans and deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify potential business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

    Qualifications:

    • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, business administration, or related field.
    • 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry, ID projects with a proven track record of project coordination and sales success.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
    • Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in project management software, AI tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Valid local driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites and client meetings as needed.

    Salary and Benefits: Based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role, the estimated salary range for a Project and Sales Executive with 2 to 3 years of experience in the construction industry is between SGD 3,000 to SGD 4,000 per month, excluding AWS, allowances, commission and project incentives, depending on experiences, qualifications and skills.
