Description

We are looking for an Account Management Specialist with about 5 years of experience managing corporate client accounts as we embark on our expansion plan in the region.

This role will report to Brenda Hoe, our Senior Account Management Manager.


Who are you?


You have experience in executing business development and key account management strategies and action plans to drive adoption and utilisation with corporate account holders.

You maintain effective communication with primary and intermediary stakeholders both internally and externally to ensure market activities are planned and executed effectively, while identifying market and partnership opportunities to support business growth strategy.

You will get to:
- be part of the team to drive our exciting growth strategy across the business
- develop, implement and execute SOPs and work processes to enhance team productivity efficiency
- evaluate workflows and commercial driven strategies at quarterly intervals, and recommend, implement and measure optimisation activities
- maintain and update the various tracking files across the team
- support business growth by reviewing processes with a view to identifying gaps and opportunities
- identify trends and insights (including competitors and best practices), and optimise market activities based on the insights
- analyse independent and correlated data sets (adoption, utilisation, operational data, etc.) and generate actions based on data-supported insights
- measure and report performance of all corporate campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
