Roles & ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a passionate and dedicated Academic Head / Full-Time Teacher to join our team. As the Academic Head, you will play a pivotal role in setting the teaching standards, standardizing lesson plans, and ensuring academic excellence across all subjects and levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing the curriculum development, implementing effective teaching methodologies, and providing leadership and guidance to future educators.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum aligned with MOE guidelines and our tuition center's teaching objectives.
Standardize lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment strategies to ensure consistency and quality across all classes.
Conduct regular evaluations and assessments to monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with parents, students, and stakeholders to address concerns, provide feedback, and promote academic success.
Stay updated on educational trends, research, and best practices to continuously enhance our teaching methodologies and curriculum offerings.
Requirements:
MOE registered teacher with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Education or relevant field.
Proven experience in curriculum development, lesson planning, and teaching across various subjects and levels.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate educators to deliver high-quality instruction.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
Passionate about education and committed to empowering students to achieve their academic goals.
Familiarity with MOE guidelines, curriculum standards, and assessment practices.
