_JOB DESCRIPTION _

  • To trouble shoot and incharge of maintenance (level 1 & 2 support) of hardware and software systems;
  • To monitor and administer the backup and cybersecurity for network systems.
  • Responsible for updating of IT documentaions and pocedures.

_JOB REQUIREMENTS _

  • Should have a min of 2 years experience in providing IT support maintenance services;
  • Possess good communication and interpersonnel skills;
  • Resourceful and have good initiatives;
  • Must have passion in information technology and interest to learn new skills.
