Job Summary:

The Customer Service Officer is an expert in account activities management focusing on delivering excellence to ensure service quality satisfaction.

Effectively handle and manage customers' feedbacks and complaints
Responsible to upkeep the service level to ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners
Responsible for frontoffice and backoffice duties which includes customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment
Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
Participate actively in the customer retention program and strategy
Tracks and assist in collection of outstanding payments in relation to the income generated from your department
Adhoc duties such as billing and filing
Perform other duties or projects assigned

Requirements:

Minimum Diploma and 3 years of experience in servicerelated industry
Meticulous, organised and an effective team player
Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken, to liaise with English and Chinese speaking clients
Immediate commencement
