Job Summary:
The Customer Service Officer is an expert in account activities management focusing on delivering excellence to ensure service quality satisfaction.
- Effectively handle and manage customers' feedbacks and complaints
- Responsible to upkeep the service level to ensure service excellence delivery to both internal and external customers and partners
- Responsible for frontoffice and backoffice duties which includes customer enquiries, quotations, order processing and fulfilment
- Work closely with team members to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services
- Participate actively in the customer retention program and strategy
- Tracks and assist in collection of outstanding payments in relation to the income generated from your department
- Adhoc duties such as billing and filing
- Perform other duties or projects assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma and 3 years of experience in servicerelated industry
- Meticulous, organised and an effective team player
- Good command of English and Chinese, written and spoken, to liaise with English and Chinese speaking clients
- Immediate commencement
