Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with and assist the Qualified Erosion Control Professional (QECP) and other stakeholders on all matters related to the earth control measures for the project site.
  • Responsible for complying and adhere with Project HSSE Management System requirements, NEA and PUB requirements.
  • Responsible to adopt and use the relevant records in the HSSE management system to conduct checks/inspections, carry out proper record keeping, and submit such records to the HSSE Manager where required.
  • Responsible for adhering to the HSSE Rules & Regulations, HSSE Risk and Impact Assessment (HSSERIA), Safe Work Procedure (SWP), HSSE Instructions, security instructions, etc.
  • Responsible to prepare and submit the Site Environmental Control Program and Site Environmental Control Report according to the format required by National Environmental Agency to the workplace's/project's Manager incharge for approval.

Job Requirements:

  • Registered ECO with NEA and ECMO with IES. Minimum 5 years of working experience in a construction firm, preferably experience in PUB project.
  • Possess Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO) qualification.
  • Be dynamic, selfmotivated, proactive, and results oriented.
  • Excellent team spirit, strong technical competence and good interpersonal skills
