Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a prominent healthtech company seeks a versatile and adaptable individual to join their ranks. This person will be involved in the development and change strategy to oversee the implementation of adoption of cloud hosting, cloud tools, cloud products with the stakeholders. This person will also be working closely with stakeholders for the planning and monitoring of the cloud adoption progress.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy Planning and Project Management

Design and drive strategic planning to aid organisation in moving towards cloud hosting, cloud tools, cloud products, SaaS, PaaS, and Iaas.
Drive project plan and monitor status and progress of cloud adoption.

Change Management

Implement change management strategies with stakeholders across various functional areas.
Conduct analysis, change impact assessment and support project teams to obtain governance or necessary approvals.

Governance and Process Improvement

Support Secretariat for the committee responsible for driving adoption to cloud.
Ensure new and existing policies remain practical and relevant to operational needs.

Engagement Lead

Drive engagement plans with stakeholders across healthcare sector.
Align plans with broader organisation objectives and priorities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Degree from recognised university.
Familiar with change management, engagement and project management approaches, tools and methodology.
Meticulous and possess strong analytical and organisation skills.
Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Experience in implementing cloud hosting, cloud tools, cloud products are preferred.
Positive learning attitude in understanding and navigating the complexities in HealthTech.
