JOB SCOPE

Responsible for the following Corporate Communications duties:

Support PR plans as well as media and KOL engagement for the portfolios of ArtScience Museum and Special Events, ensuring targeted coverage and building public awareness of its exhibitions and programmes. This includes working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal publicity while balancing multiple objectives.

Responsible for driving KOL engagement initiatives for Marina Bay Sands, and specifically ArtScience Museum, including identifying and building influencer communities from art, lifestyle, and interest groups. KOLs should span across, but are not limited to, Facebook, Instagram and Tik Tok.

Support PR work in at least one regional market, working with appointed PR agency (if any) to ensure deliverables are met.

Assist in planning media familiarisation trips, crafting itineraries, conducting property tours and facilitating media interviews.

Contribute to departmental duties, including news monitoring and coverage reports.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Passion for culture and the arts, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in either a PR agency, newsroom or social media environment.

Strong communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. A command in Mandarin would be an advantage.

Well-versed in social media trends.

A positive and can-do attitude, with the ability to work independently and proactively.

Ability to focus and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Adept at Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Word, and basic Photoshop skills.
