MAIN PURPOSE
Supporting the Supply Chain Management team in day-to-day operations and regular reporting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Demand Planning support

Generate data and reports in relation to preparation works to following cadence meetings
Demand Review decks
Monthly KPI Fill Rate reports
Regional management S&OP decks: insertion of monthly KPI results/forecast reconciliation data into slides
Quarterly KPI reporting publish
IBP upload for distributors

Commercial Logistics support

Order Processing & Rebilling for selected affiliates and/or distributors.
Tracking of orders and shipments.
Master Data Management, Material extension, PIR
Ginga conversion to excel file for STO creation to affiliates

KPI & Reporting support

Extracting data from system for KPI reporting and analysis
Sales reporting generation.

REQUIREMENTS

Good verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
Selfer team player, proactive, motivated and possess good problemsolving and analytical skills.
Experience in handling Microsoft Office suites especially Excel.
Experience in handling ERP especially SAP is an added advantage.
