Job Description:

Position Summary

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following

Lead and support Plant Digital Transformation Projects from the start until deployment.
Integrate and maintain the software tools being applied.
Managing the deployment of new technical solutions by setting timelines, coordinating with stakeholders conducting the implementation, and overseeing the postdeployment hypercare.
Enabling manufacturing operations through daily support of MES & IoT systems.
Serving as a technical expert on crossfunctional teams, advising teams on new product launches, configuring new production lines, and improving processes.
Engaging with stakeholders in manufacturing plant to discover and evaluate opportunities for continuous improvement of the Connected Enterprise.
Prioritizing opportunities and creating a roadmap for the site's digital transformation.
Promotes global technology and process standards across manufacturing locations.
Liaising with technical build teams to communicate business requirements of project proposals and to test solutions prior to deployment.
Training operations personnel on new systems to ensure redundancy of critical skillsets.
Assisting with Connected Enterprise support to multiple Rockwell Automation facilities.
Some offhours support may be required depending on project work.
Travel up to 10%.

Handson experience in utilizing digital manufacturing solution portfolio that deliver strong business values and productivities.
Must have a passion for automated and comprehensive knowledge of testing with solid problem solving/troubleshooting skills.
Handson Experience working with Rockwell Control Layer & IoT Platform.
Capable of communicating effectively across functional areas and at multiple levels of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications Degree in Engineering, 5+ years manufacturing experience.
