Role & Responsibility:

Act as a business partner to the commercial leader of Life Sciences Solutions Group (LSG) Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) in driving the profitability growth.
Lead financial planning processes and liaise with commercial team to build detailed annual AOP and forecast, provide insight on AOP/Forecast vs actual result.
Responsible for monthly business review (MBR) and quarterly business review (QBR) with regional and global team.
Leading the 5 years strategic Plan (STRAP) with the countries and group
Perform details analysis of revenue performance and growth, backlog and bookings data and to ensure quality of those data for decision making purpose.
Provide financial evaluation to support new investment/capex/project, strategic and other business decisions.
Opex management and identify the area of optimization and investment/ROI tracking
Working with global system and reporting team to ensure financial data quality and improvement in management reporting.
Continuously looking for opportunities of process improvement

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree in Finance / Accounting or related field

years working experience in MNC

Good commercial sense and able to navigate through matrix organization
Selfmotivated and result driven
Good analytical skills and highly proficient in excel
Good communication and presentation skill
Willing to be hands on with analytical work
