- Lead the L&D Program Manager team to address the business needs of the Trust & Safety Operations pillar, identifying key capability needs to anticipate and improve the function's performance and development and deliverying accordingly on these key programs
- Define key skills and learning requirements needed to execute the L&D strategy and Operations strategy. Ensure successful partnership with L&D functions, such as content creation, learning engagement and measurement, to roll out essential business initiatives.2.
- Build strong partnerships with key business stakeholders, including regional and functional Operations teams, to create and execute an L&D strategic roadmap tailored to their top short and longterm business priorities.
- Cultivate meaningful relationships with primary business stakeholders. This involves actively understanding the evolving landscape of their requirements and positioning L&D as a valuable partner in meeting those needs.
- Engage with stakeholders from various teams and locations, including training teams inside Operations and crossfunctional teams, ensuring that L&D initiatives are both relevant and consistent with overarching business priorities.3. Datadriven: Employ datadriven approaches to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, considering both business impact and the learning experience. Present these findings, offering insights that will help the business make informed decisions and allow the continuous enhancement of learning initiatives.4.
- Extensive management and leadership experience in the L&D or related areas, ideally in the hightech industry;
- Solid leadership experience managing a diverse team with highperforming individuals;
- Strong understanding of endtoend Learning Design programs using diverse and innovative approaches;
- Robust learning engagement, measurement and business impact expertise. Ability to communicate actionable learning insights.
- Knowledge of learning platforms, technology and eLearning standards.
- Selfstarted with strong strategic structured thinking and resultoriented;
- Strong stakeholder management ability to effectively influence and partner with key business stakeholders and across crossfunctional teams;
- Leadership and communication:
- Excellent exec. communicator in written and verbal form with a good cultural sensitivity;
- Excellent facilitation skills with the ability to positively engage and inspire stakeholders;
- Degree and language proficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in training or talent development (+10 years); majoring in HR management, sociology, pedagogy, or IO psychology would be preferred;
