Responsibilities

  • Conducting market and industry research for different industries;
  • Organizing and preparing marketing materials, presentations and assisting in client relationship management;
  • Assisting in legal documentation, due diligence and liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Responsible for the development of valuation models, proforma financial statements and comparable company analysis, etc. to perform asset valuations.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years of Investment Banking experience within Southeast Asia region, including but not limited to Indonesia, Thailand or Vietnam, etc;
  • Minimum of 2 years of track record in Thailand M&A transactions;
  • Experience in writing financial modeling in Thai, Bahasa or Vietnamese for clients;
  • Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Good Presentation skills;
  • The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines;
  • A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork;
  • A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts;
  • Fluency in English as well as any other Southeast Asian languages such as Bahasa, Thai or Vietnamese is required;
