Description

:

Responsibilities:

Obtain an in-depth understanding of the API product suite and the documentation requirements

Produce high-quality documentation for the required audience

Write easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of API related applications

Analyse existing and potential content, focusing on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities

Work with the content strategist to execute the designer approach to API related content Qualifications:

Requirements:

At least 4 years of experience in producing technical documentation in the corporate and financial markets space.

Experience with APIs and open banking is a plus

Working knowledge of enterprise project methodology and capable of working with IT to manage business and technical requirements for documentation

Familiarity with Information architecture and interaction design

Deliver high quality documentation paying attention to detail

Ability to deliver high quality technical documentation that is understandable by the target audience
