Receptionist Admin Assistant - Singapore - WORKLE PTE. LTD.
Description
Working Location:
Central
- 5 days week
- Salary: up to $2,800
- Answer incoming phone calls through the general line
- Meet and greet clients and visitors
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
- Manage internal procurement needs such as stationery, pantry supplies etc
- Provide general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing, as well as arrange for despatch of office documents
- Maintain inventory and essential office information
- Involved in all office administrative needs
- Arrange staff travel, and conduct staff orientation when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- Minimum one year experience in office administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
