- Strategic sourcing & procurement, supplier qualification, commercial negotiation, and ordering of electronics components like IC chips, active and passive electronic components, etc.
- Evaluate quotes for suitability with internal stakeholders and resolve any inquiries.
- Evaluate and process purchase requisitions, manage RFQ, issue Purchase Orders, monitor deliveries, expedite shipments, and update records in the ERP database.
- Build strong relationships with semiconductor industry traders, EMS, OEMs, and maintain expertise in the electronics components distribution process.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of supply chain management.
- Education background in procurement, logistics, business administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience in electronic component distribution, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Proficiency in procurement processes, knowledge of the electronic components market, strong negotiation and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and leadership qualities.
