Job Objectives

  • Attend to requests from customers for repair and maintenance jobs
  • Make professional and appropriate repair recommendations to customers

Job Description:


  • Handle customers for vehicle servicing and repairs
  • Conduct check on vehicles both when vehicles checkin and checkout of the workshop to ensure job is done properly
  • Communicate estimated job completion to customers and provide regular updates and follow ups through till job completion
  • Provide professional advice to customers on vehicle servicing, repairs and maintenance matters
  • Prepare and issue repair work order and invoices to customers
  • Recommend suitable products and packages to customers
  • Ensure overall customer satisfaction with aftersales service
  • Shifting of vehicles
  • Submit warranty claims and follow up on warranty claims submission on a timely basis.
  • Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years in Automotive industry in similar capacity
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
  • Team player, proactive and meticulous
  • Good communication skills
  • Good technical knowledge in automobiles
  • Class 3 driving license
