    Roles & Responsibilities

    Program and Operations Coordinator, Media Trials Program, APAC

    Contract Duration: May 2024 to October 2024

    As a Program and Operations Coordinator, your main responsibility is to assist the Media Trials Program (MTP) managers on operations, pipeline management, enablement, reporting, escalations, and general program communications. This includes working with deal leads, product specialists and sellers across APAC, as well as Regional Product Leads and the Global Media Trials Program Lead directly when necessary. You will help manage the APAC pipeline and be the first point of contact for the MTP Support Team and country teams for escalations. You will also own the monthlay reporting process and help the team to build quarterly newsletter and other communications.

    Responsibilities

    • Work across APAC countries to review deal pipelines on a quarterly basis
    • Assist in community building, managing end-to-end program communication, including various monthly and quarterly community blasts and meetings discussing program updates and various program metrics such as budget utilisation and trial activation progress.
    • Monitor approved global and regional trials and be the first point of contract for troubleshooting matters or program-related questions
    • Assist managers in performance reporting, including ROI calculations and trend analyses

    Required Skills

    • Experience dealing with large data sets
    • Comfort in working across different teams and levels of seniority
    • Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically
    • Previous experience in sales, operations or project management
    • Comfort with operating in a high-paced, changing work environment with the ability to prioritise multiple functions and tasks, troubleshoot, manage time efficiently and navigate ambiguity
