Business Development Representative
Singapore
SGD K + commission
The BDR will be responsible for identifying, qualifying and nurturing prospects; building trust, uncovering compelling events, identifying marketing campaigns and presenting the company's unique business value with the goal of developing a sales-ready opportunity.
You will be involved in activities such as:
- Drive outbound lead generation activities as part of our growth objectives
- Coownership of the growth objectives with the wider Business Development team (sales/ marketing)
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets in arranging first time sales meetings and demos for Sales Leaders
- Work with Marketing to support local & international business development initiatives
- Work closely with internal teams to master our products and services.
You will possess:
- Min 7 years experience in the Insurance/ financial services industry
- Experience/ or a strong interest cloudbased solutions; API, CRM or SaaS software solutions and proven ability to learn new technology
- Demonstrable experience in software Sales, BD or similar role in a fastpaced company
- Great team player with the ability to work and thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communications skills Bonus Points
- Familiarity with Hubspot & LinkedIn tools with experience in the financial services industry
