About the Unit:

We at Yara are part of a global network, collaborating to profitably and responsibly solve some of the world's key challenges - resource scarcity, food insecurity and environmental change.

Yara People, Process, and Digitalization (YPD) has the overall responsibility for Yara's people and culture development, as well as for technology, architecture, and solutions that enable the digitalization of Yara's core processes and operations.

By bringing people and transformation resources, as well as process, digital, and tech capabilities into one cross-functional area, YPD is set to accelerate the transformation.

Responsibilities:

Research and explore AI design tools and methods to enhance the design system team's capabilities.
Support the team in developing new features and enhancements to the design system process, focusing on incorporating AI capabilities.
Develop and maintain documentation for AI design processes and best practices.
Participate in the design system team's overall efforts to improve the user experience across all products.
Participate in crossfunctional team meetings to contribute ideas and gain experience with agile product development methodologies.
Assist in creating design documentation and style guides to help standardize design solutions across the company.

Profile:

Currently enrolled in a degree program in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer science, or a related field.
Familiarity with design thinking and humancentered design principles.
Some experience with user research methods, such as usability testing and user interviews.
Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Framer, and Sketch.
Familiarity with coding languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
Strong problemsolving skills and a creative approach to design challenges.
Proactive with an experimental mindset.
