Roles & Responsibilities

Description

· Logistics - Sourcing of components for production and to negotiate with suppliers & manufacturers for cost effective materials.

· Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels and delivery times.

· System administration – Managing Server, installation's and provide support for hardware issues. Respond to and Resolve help desk requests. Create and verify Backup data.

· Inventory Report (Monthly) – Preparing and updating Monthly Inventory Report to the financial controller.

· Production status Report (Weekly) – Preparing weekly Reports to monitor the production status and reporting to management.

· Production Planning – Co-ordinating production work flow, Planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance and timely shipment. Determining raw materials that need to cover the production demand.

· Customer service support assistance – Co-ordinating with customer service for smooth flow of operations.

· Investigate and understand root causes for issues in operations.

· Develop corrective actions to solve the operations issues.

· Provide consulting services to solve operations problems.

· Ensure operations related activities are performed in compliance with company standards and regulations.

· Initiate continuous process improvements to improve operational effectiveness.

· Identify and implement cost optimization and reduction initiatives.

· Provide technical support and guidance on operations validation, development and implementation.

· Support the start-up and integration of new operations and development projects.

· Assist development and operation for operational standards and procedures.

· Updating task related activities in Asana.

· Co-ordinating with suppliers for office equipment installation and arranging meetings to understand the issues of components delay.

· Co-ordinating with satnusa for issues in production.

· Creating Invoice, Packing Materials for shipment to Batam.

· Sometimes helping Judy in checking the AWB creation & Packing of Large orders.
