Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation
To study tender/construction drawings, specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
Liaise with consultants, clients & main / sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement
Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out based on the project specification and construction drawing / final approved drawing from authorities
Lead a team of supervisors / foreman for works coordination with main/sub-contractors and/or authorities and/or consultant on project progress and technical issues
Planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
Preparation of progress reports, Method Statements and technical submissions
Ensure the project complies with regulations and clients' specifications
Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accidents in the workplace
To perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Possess a degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer (PE) Board
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Civil Engineering
Candidates with 6 years of Civil Engineering experience may be considered for the position of Senior Project Engineer
Demonstrates organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive work attitude with a sense of urgency
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills are essential for effective collaboration and problem-solving
