About the job
With expansion plans, we are hiring a permanent position of a
Business Analyst (Software Development)

Your role involves:

Project:
Responsible for Jira Business backlog for implementations: user stories, tasks, Kanban and Scrum boards
Responsible for testing features and followup defect resolution with Indian and Switzerland development team
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
Work with product owners and development team to handle backlogs and new requests
Run: Owner of Jira tickets functional and technical related to production issues > coordination with India and Swiss teams supports for resolution
Communication: Local coordination with Asian Clients:
Formalize requirements
Help build a productive environment where Client 'own' the product and enjoy working on it
Train key client users

Skills and experience required

At least 3 years as a Business Analyst for software development
At least 3 years' experience in banking area but not necessarily CLM or CRM exposure
Agile Scrum exposure
