We are seeking an experienced HRIS Payroll Project Manager to oversee two key projects related to implementation for the HR payroll systems. The ideal candidate will have a background in HRIS and payroll projects, with a strong understanding of Singaporean payroll laws and regulations.

This is a 7-month contract role based in Singapore. There is a possibility of a short-term extension which is subject to the business needs.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage two payroll projects: the migration from SuccessFactors to Workday and the implementation of time and attendance functionality on SuccessFactors.
Collaborate with the System Integrator (SI) and vendor to ensure the successful migration of payroll data from SuccessFactors to Workday, while adhering to project timelines and budget.
Work closely with the HR team to understand requirements and translate them into system specifications.
Ensure accurate calculation and implementation of payroll rules and regulations, particularly in compliance with Singaporean laws.
Provide guidance and expertise on Singaporean functional rules and regulations to both internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Coordinate project activities, including requirements gathering, testing, and user training.
Communicate project progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders, including senior management.
Identify and address any challenges or roadblocks encountered during the project lifecycle.
Document project processes, lessons learned, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in HRIS and HR projects, with at least 5 years specifically focused on HR payroll projects.
Strong understanding of Singaporean payroll laws and regulations.
Experience working with payroll systems, preferably SuccessFactors and Workday.
Excellent project management skills, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels.
Proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
